Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice

This notice has been prepared in the capacity of data controller under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Payment information

Card details are not stored by us. Card payments are processed through the infrastructure of a licensed payment institution. For the bank transfer/EFT option, only payment reference information is processed.

Transfers

Your personal data may be shared, limited to the relevant purpose, with courier companies (delivery), payment institutions (collection), accounting/financial advisory service providers, and legally authorised public authorities. If you give explicit consent, analytics data may be transferred abroad via Google Analytics.

Retention period

Data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statute of limitations periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. For commercial books and records the statutory retention period is 10 years.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, request deletion where the conditions are met, object to an adverse outcome arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation if you suffer damage.
