Cancellation, Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Order Cancellation

Before your order is handed to the courier, you may request cancellation by e-mailing info@energyplusstore.com with your order number. For paid orders, the amount is refunded within 14 days of the cancellation being approved.

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

For purchases made as a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

Send us your withdrawal notice in writing (e-mail is sufficient) within 14 days.
State your order number, the products you wish to return and the IBAN for the refund.
After our confirmation e-mail, send the product together with its invoice and any accessories.
Once the product reaches us and is inspected, your refund is issued within 14 days at the latest.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused and in resaleable condition, even if it has been tried.
Original packaging, all parts and the invoice must be complete.
Devices that have been installed, programmed or commissioned are outside the scope of returns.
Software licences and digitally delivered products cannot be returned after delivery or activation.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

Goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets beyond the seller's control.
Products prepared to the consumer's own specifications, custom-made, or specially programmed/configured.
Perishable goods or goods liable to expire.
Products whose protective packaging, tape or seal has been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons.
Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Services performed instantaneously in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly (software licences, digital keys, etc.).
Services whose performance has begun, with the consumer's approval, before the withdrawal period expires.

Note: Software licences and digitally delivered products sold in our store are not subject to the right of withdrawal once delivered or activated.

Defective Products

If the product you received is defective, under Law No. 6502 you may choose one of the following: withdrawal from the contract, a price reduction, free repair, or replacement with a defect-free equivalent. In this case shipping costs are borne by us. Please report defects with photographs to info@energyplusstore.com.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect the parcel on delivery. Do not accept crushed, torn or wet parcels without having a damage report drawn up. Claims for courier-related damage on parcels accepted without a report are not covered by the carrier.
