Delivery and Shipping Terms

Shipping Cost

Orders of 10,000 TRY and above are shipped free of charge.
Below that amount, a shipping fee of 1,000 TRY applies.
The shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary before payment.

Preparation and Delivery Time

Products in stock are handed to the courier within the business day following receipt of your payment. For products requiring supply, the lead time is stated on the relevant product page. The statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

After handover to the courier, distribution takes between 1 and 4 business days depending on the province/district. Couriers do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.

We deliver to all provinces and districts of Türkiye. For international shipments, please contact info@energyplusstore.com.

What to Check on Delivery

Inspect the exterior of the parcel in the presence of the courier.
Do not accept a damaged parcel; have the courier draw up a damage report.
Claims for carrier-related damage cannot be met for parcels accepted without a report.

Undeliverable Shipments

Shipments that cannot be delivered because the recipient is absent or the address is incorrect/incomplete are returned to us. In this case the cost of re-shipping is borne by the Buyer. Please enter your address completely and leave a reachable telephone number.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by e-mail once your order is handed to the courier; you can also check the status on the Order Tracking page.
