Preliminary Information Form

This form has been prepared under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts in order to inform you before you complete your order. Order-specific details (products, quantity, amount, delivery address) are shown separately during checkout and submitted for your approval.

2. Goods / Services

The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price and payment method of the goods or services are stated clearly in the basket and in the order summary during checkout. The essential characteristics of the products appear on the relevant product page. This information forms an integral part of the order.

3. Price and Payment

Prices are valid as published on the site; campaigns and discounts are limited to their stated periods. VAT is included. Shipping cost is shown separately in the order summary: orders of 10,000 TRY and above ship free; below that amount a shipping fee of 1,000 TRY applies.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer / EFT. Transfer details are shown after the order is placed; please write your order number in the description field. Preparation begins once your payment reaches us.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you specify via our contracted courier. See Delivery and Shipping Terms. The statutory delivery period is at most 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. For service contracts this period starts on the day the contract is concluded.

Cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply

Goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets beyond the seller's control.
Products prepared to the consumer's own specifications, custom-made, or specially programmed/configured.
Perishable goods or goods liable to expire.
Products whose protective packaging, tape or seal has been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons.
Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Services performed instantaneously in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly (software licences, digital keys, etc.).
Services whose performance has begun, with the consumer's approval, before the withdrawal period expires.

Note: Software licences and digitally delivered products sold in our store are not subject to the right of withdrawal once delivered or activated.

6. Complaints

You may send requests and complaints to info@energyplusstore.com or call +90 212 909 98 10. If no resolution is reached, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Courts.
