2. Scope of Service
Products in the fields of building automation, industrial control and energy management are sold through the site. Sales transactions are subject to the Distance Sales Agreement.
3. Membership
The information you provide during registration must be accurate and up to date. You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password. Please notify us immediately if you notice unauthorised use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The designs, texts, images, logos and software on the site belong to the Seller or the respective rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission. Third-party brand and product names are the registered trademarks of their respective owners.
5. Accuracy of Content
Product information, technical specifications and prices are prepared with care; nevertheless, manufacturer-related changes, typographical errors or system errors may occur. In such cases the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount collected.
6. Limitation of Liability
The site is not guaranteed to operate uninterrupted or error-free. The Seller cannot be held liable for outcomes arising from the installation, commissioning and use of products where they are not used in accordance with their technical documentation and the applicable legislation.
7. Changes
The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. The current text takes effect on the date it is published on this page.
Resolution of Disputes
Disputes arising from this agreement fall within the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the monetary limits announced each December by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and of the Consumer Courts above those limits. The consumer may apply to the committee or court at their own place of residence or at the place where the transaction was carried out.
Where the buyer is not a consumer (purchases made for commercial or professional purposes), Law No. 6502 does not apply; in such disputes the Istanbul (Bakırköy) Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction.
