Building management · HVAC · Energy
Your entire building, on one screen.
EnergyPlus SCADA lets you monitor and control your whole facility — from air handling units to the boiler room, from power distribution to tenant billing — on live, realistic 3D screens. It is web based: the same screen in the control room, the office or on a tablet.

Five page types, one interface
The right screen for every job: live plant graphics, management dashboards, electrical single-line diagrams, metering and billing, and alarm views — all in the same page tree, under the same permission system.
Live plant graphics
- Fans spin, valves open, filters warn when dirty: equipment state is visible in the picture.
- Values refresh every 250 ms; an unbound point is hidden instead of leaving an empty box.
- Add rules: change colour, hide or blink when a threshold is crossed.
- One page serves many devices: a single AHU screen shows all ten of your units.
HVAC builder
Build your AHU screen in minutes
Pick your air handling unit section by section; the builder produces the 3D drawing, the sensors and the point list for you. No drawing tool, no pixel pushing.
- 12 equipment types: single and dual duct AHU, FCU, VAV, chiller, boiler, pump, heat pump, heat exchanger, storage tanks, room units and fans.
- Add sections in airflow order: damper, filter, coils, humidifier, fan, silencer; heat recovery as rotary wheel, plate exchanger, mixing damper or adiabatic wheel.
- The point list writes itself: one parameter for every sensor, status and command.
- Live preview with “show as running”; save it and it becomes a template.
- Bind by name: device points are recognised by their names and matched in one click.
Graphics library
A realistic 3D equipment library
The 479-piece EnergyPlus HVAC library is drawn in one consistent cut-away style, so operators see what is inside the equipment. Over 4,800 symbols in total.
- Pipes, ducts, round ducts, valves, pumps and diffusers snap end to end; round ducts match the AHU outlet diameter.
- Straight pieces in 1, 2 and 4 cell lengths: long runs in a single piece.
- Live state frames: running pumps, firing burners, open diffusers, moving air.
- Add your own SVG symbols, merge and split them.
Room controls
Run the room from the screen
- Setpoint and offset, HVAC mode, fan speed.
- Dimmable and on/off lighting, blind position and slat angle.
- Door, window, occupancy and alarm status.
- Dark and light themes; ready panels for hotel rooms, offices and meeting rooms.
Editor
Drag and drop, no code
- Drag from the palette, bind to a point, save. Operators see the change immediately.
- Templates and instances: fix a template once and every copy on site follows.
- Layers, alignment, undo/redo, copy/duplicate; wildcard search everywhere.
- Controls: on/off, setpoints, speed steps, schedules; write access depends on role.
Platform
Field ready, secure, scalable
The SCADA takes its field data from EnergyPlus Worker. One central server brings many sites together in a single interface.
Web based
Browser, tablet or a desktop shell in kiosk mode. Nothing to install on clients.
Role and page permissions
Administrator, engineer, operator; view and write rights per page and folder.
Audit trail
Who wrote what to which point, and when — stored in the database.
TLS encryption
Certificate generation, import and fingerprint pinning from the settings screen.
Scheduled, encrypted backup
Pages, symbols, templates, permissions and settings in a single file.
Verified updates
New versions from inside the app; nothing installs until its SHA-256 checks out.
Field protocols via EnergyPlus Worker. Availability depends on the licence.
